HR Executive Roundtable

Hosted by CPHR Alberta and Maslow Centre for executive leadership

You are invited

It is with pleasure that we invite you to an exciting HR executive roundtable taking place on:
Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, 8-9.30am MST (virtual).

This roundtable event and discussion will be hosted by CPHR Alberta and Maslow Centre for Executive Leadership. Timothy Tiryaki, Founder and CEO will be presenting his qualitative research findings on human needs at work in the (post)-COVID era. The findings are based off of the work he and his team have been doing on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and how it is highly relevant to organizations in the 21st Century.

The event will explore workplace culture and employee experience and participants will have a tremendous opportunity to network and discuss perspectives in facilitated discussions. All tables will be hosted by ICF Accredited Maslow coaches.

Why Attend?

  • You will meet other progressive leaders, all interested in being among the first to explore this cutting edge research.
  • Your perspectives, observations and discussions will help inform further iterations of the research being done.
  • You will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of building inclusive cultures that make building trust and psychological safety top priorities.
  • You will be able to immediately use what you learn within your organizations, walking away with some key articlesresources, and terms that will help your organization further reach its potential.
